We are looking for a Product Manager / Game Lead to steer and guide our current and future simulation and strategy games. You need to be a strategic, long-term visionary, who not only understands the product but also the art of game design. You are a great communicator and collaborator, and a solid leader. We are looking for a strong analytical thinker who is also a seasoned strategist. It’s important that you are passionate about games, analyzing strategies and building up structures and frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and studying market trends
- Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry competitors
- Being a strong strategic vision holder for the team
- Owning the product vision for Veloxia’s simulation and strategy games
- Helping to set the strategic direction for the games, develop and execute on the product roadmap
- Growing the games and the communities around them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business management or similar
- Work experience as a product manager, business analyst or similar
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Great people skills and leadership skills
- Ability to make data driven decisions from large chunks of data
- Humble attitude
- Basic understanding of free-to-play business model
- Passion for games
